Features
Ring sales, receive shipments, order from distributors, keep the book, run transfers — and stay in lock-step with BigCommerce and Flxpoint without a support call to change a setting.
Register
Scan a UPC, a SKU, or the tag on a rental-wall gun. Quick keys for the things you sell all day. Firearms prompt for the serial and flag the sale for a 4473 before tender.

Inventory & receiving
Receiving is a worksheet until you post it. Posting puts stock on the shelf, creates a serialized unit per firearm, and writes each one into the bound book as an acquisition from the vendor — in one transaction.

Purchase orders
Pick the vendor, tap “Add low stock”, scan anything else, and send a branded PO. Receive against it when the boxes land.

Serialized from the box
Every unit carries its own status — in stock, reserved, transferred, on the bench — and its own bound-book line. The register, the 4473, the transfer and the inventory count all point at the same record.
Compliance
One A&D book per licensed premises with a tamper-evident hash chain. A 4473 workstation that walks transferee → NICS result → transfer. Inbound and outbound FFL transfers that log themselves.

BigCommerce & Flxpoint
Flxpoint keeps pulling RSR, Lipsey’s, Davidson’s and Sports South into BigCommerce exactly as it does today. Iron Register is the source of truth for what is on the shelf: with Flxpoint it plugs in as one more warehouse source per location; without it, it talks to BigCommerce directly. Either way one system writes online stock, so the counter and the website never sell the same gun twice.

Customers & multi-location
Locations carry their own FFL, tax rate, receipts and bound book. Staff see only the stores they work at. Owners see everything, with a dashboard that rolls it up.
