Questions

Really no setup fee?

Really. The importer reads CSV or Excel from Orchid, Bravo, FastBound, Gearfire, Coreware or a plain spreadsheet, shows you exactly what it will create, and starts your verifiable chain from the import. If a file is a mess we clean it up with you at no charge.

Is there a per-transaction fee?

No. Flat monthly pricing per tier. Card processing is through your own processor and we never take a cut of it.

Do I need to buy hardware from you?

No. We don’t sell hardware. Iron Register runs in a browser and works with standard scanners, printers and drawers; we publish a list of what we’ve tested so you can buy from wherever is cheapest.

What does “your own server” mean for price?

Every plan includes an isolated server and database for your dealership. It’s how we keep one dealer’s bound book physically separate from another’s, and it’s built into the tier price.

Can I change tiers?

Any time. Downgrading keeps what you’ve built; you just can’t add past the new limits.

What about Rangune?

Iron Register and Rangune are separate subscriptions that know each other: one customer record, range time and rentals sold at the register, memberships honored at checkout. Buy one, or both.
