Questions

Really no setup fee?

Really. The importer reads CSV or Excel from Orchid, Bravo, FastBound, Gearfire, Coreware or a plain spreadsheet, shows you exactly what it will create, and starts your verifiable chain from the import. If a file is a mess we clean it up with you at no charge.

Is there a per-transaction fee?

No. Flat monthly pricing per tier. Card processing is through your own processor and we never take a cut of it.

Do I need to buy hardware from you?

No. We don’t sell hardware. Iron Register runs in a browser and works with standard scanners, printers and drawers; we publish a list of what we’ve tested so you can buy from wherever is cheapest.

How is my data kept separate from other dealers?

Your dealership is its own encrypted tenant: your customers’ ID numbers and 4473 records are encrypted with keys that belong to you, and you can export your whole bound book any night you like. Enterprise runs on a dedicated server and database for your company.

Why does the BigCommerce connection start at Established?

Connected shops get the whole counter-to-storefront layer — stock per store on the website, pickup with the 4473, coupons and pricing in both places, online orders at the register, the My Account panel. It replaces a connector, a bound-book subscription and two or three storefront apps, and it is built for shops doing real business online. Getting Started is the door for shops that aren’t there yet.

Can I change tiers?

Any time. Downgrading keeps what you’ve built; you just can’t add past the new limits, and a shop that drops to Getting Started keeps its data but stops syncing with the store.

Is there a founding-dealer rate?

Yes. The first fifteen connected stores lock Established at $199 a month for as long as they stay. Ask when you get in touch.

What about Rangune?

If your shop has a range, add Range to any Iron Register tier: lanes, bookings, waivers and rentals inside the same register, one customer record, one login. Rangune on its own is still there for ranges without a gun counter.
